At some of Ethiopia's most extreme altitudes, you'll find the Uraga region. It lies within the sprawling Guji zone, a mountainous forest that stretches for nearly a thousand miles. This immense forest contains many subregions, each with its own unique charm. In these locals are grown some of the most distinct and sought-after coffees on the planet. Uraga's coffees are known for their nuance, with pronounced floral notes and a bright, intricate acidity reminiscent of lime and bergamot, all completed with the sweetness of berries and ripe stone fruits. Each seed is a garden in and of itself!
